General Surgery is led by a team of five acclaimed General Surgeons, each performing surgery and consulting at Mercy Health partners and North Ottawa Community Hospital.

With the goal to provide the finest in patient evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of breast abnormalities, the Breast Care Center was established in 2004. With the general surgeons performing breast exams and reviewing mammograms and ultrasound x-rays, they can determine the best treatment for each patient. Biopsies can be performed right here in the office using the latest state of the art equipment and results are usually available within three days.
